Welcome
Research in our lab is diverse, but emphasizes aquatic ecosystem ecology and biogeochemistry. Much of this work is done at the interface between ecology, geomorphology, and hydrology, and considers streams and lakes. Among the diverse projects going on in our group, three themes can be recognized: (1) understanding long-term change in aquatic ecosystems; (2) computational limnology- that is, the development and analysis of large and diverse environmental data sets to address questions about the dynamics of freshwater ecosystems; and (3) collaboration.
Thank you for your interest in our group. I will not be recruiting any new graduate students for fall 2025.
